Cable solution for highest automotive suspension
We had the pleasure to design a special cable for TracTive Suspension. They develop OEM and aftermarket suspension technology for exclusive cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles and the ATV market with extreme performances for brands like Pagani, BMW and Ducati.
These brands create high end vehicles that require high quality instruments and parts that can withstand the most extreme challenges. Our task was to create a cable that can withstand temperatures higher than 150°C, has full range motion and a strong insulation. Making sure that the automotives can maintain stable performances and have a longer lifetime.
The cable is:
- Oil, UV, water and abrasion resistant
- Flame retardant
- High temperate resistant up to 180°C
- Flexible in cold temperatures down to -40°C
- Automotive norm ISO 6722
